I'm blessed up everybody. I don't know. I am Heinz and today in Heinz site. This is your

morning cup of tea. First off, I just want to thank you for your energy and your presence,

you know, giving me the opportunity to just spend some time with you and have a mindful

time to get there. Today, I kind of wanted to talk about bridging the gap in relationships that

need strength and, you know, there's people in our lives that we want to have a better relationship

with, a stronger relationship with. And it may be as we grew over time, you know, we started to

become a little bit more distant because our interests are different, you know, we came into our

own skin and we have our own minds and, you know, we're starting to separate from one another.

This could just happen with family, right? This can happen a lot of the times our family's

blood, but we don't travel on the same frequency. But I believe we should make an effort in our

relationships. Let me give you an example. So my daughter, she's at an age now where she's becoming

her own being and it's so cool, but it was kind of sad as well. I'm not going to lie. She's at this

age where she'll just like go in her room and she'll be in there for like eight hours doing her own

thing, playing with her friends, it's on the computer. And you know, a couple of years ago, she always

wanted to do something. Now she just do her own thing. And at first, I was like, man, this sucks.

But I realized I hadn't met her on common ground, right? What are her interests? Oh, she likes playing

role blocks, she likes playing Minecraft. Okay, well, let me learn how to play role blocks at Minecraft.

Let me meet her on common ground in her interests so we can share an experience together.

Now she has me, hey, dad, you want to play role blocks? You know, anytime something goes on

funny in the game, she comes to me and talks to me like the friend, right? But if I was a distant

parent who knew nothing of what she was doing and didn't understand the game, she wouldn't even

come to me with these conversations, right? It's strengthened our relationship. A lot of us,
