Summary

In this episode, Bob Goff sits down with his friend Danielle Walker for a conversation about health, courage, and choosing to lean into change rather than pull away from it. Danielle shares how a medical crisis in her early twenties led her on an unexpected journey with food, healing, and purpose. Together, they talk about vulnerability, discernment, and what it looks like to share your story while you’re still living it. This episode is an encouragement for anyone facing a hard season and wondering if the very thing that challenged them might also be the thing that helps others.
