We talk a lot about a meta model in personal growth here on the podcast that we named the

hat model or actually a friend of mine that was a coach introduced me to this model I mean

over a decade ago.

And it was so intuitive I immediately began sorting all of my personal growth work into

one of these three categories.

But I think that we want to dive a little deeper into this concept so that you the listener

And the coach that introduced me to this model effectively said that every time we're

doing growth work, we're doing growth work that is either healing work, achievement work

or transcendence work.

And healing achievement and transcendence are very different styles of growth work.
