To heal deeply while you sleep. So settle in now. And find your most comfortable position and then come inside.

Take a deep breath in and feel it sweeping away the remnants of the day.

And as you exhale, let your body sink further into the support beneath you.

Now take another deep breath in and imagine the air flowing through you like a gentle stream.
