This is CBSI on the world. I'm John Batchel. Gaza. I welcome Jonathan Shenzor, the executive

director of the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies. The moving stories are overwhelming.

We begin with headlines from the Times of Israel as up to date as

possible. The major story moving in London, I see, and also in Jerusalem. Hamas returns bodies

of hostages, Tamir, Nimravi, Uriel Baruch, Aiton Levy, and a fourth body of a Palestinian forensic examination confirms the fourth body transferred,

does not belong to any hostage return of Nimrodite's remains his first confirmation.

He was killed in captivity.

We have moving stories here that are going to continue to spill over these days, but it's consistent out of London

reporting and Jerusalem reporting that Hamas has returned to a body that is not an Israeli citizen,

and therefore what happens, Jonathan? Does that slow down the exchange of prisoners? Does that

slow down the exchange of values, and does that slow the food flowing into

what we're watching is perhaps a combination of challenges. One being that Hamas is not interested

in doing this quickly.

I think the group understands that keeping the bodies of deceased hostages is perhaps the last of its waning leverage in this ongoing conflict with Israel.
