| 0:11.8 | This one is for the older women, and I mean older. But it's really for all of us, no matter what age, because if you are young, I'm sure you are hoping to be old |
| 0:21.7 | eventually, right? And the Bible is always for us, no matter what our age is. The text I want to look |
| 0:28.9 | at today is from Isaiah 46, verse 4. Even to your old age, I am he. And even to gray hairs, |

| 1:14.2 | In your 30s, in your 60s, all the way to the finish line. He is not just with you, but he is carrying you. |
| 1:22.3 | When he created you in your mother's womb, he was there, carrying you. And all through your childhood, all those years |
| 1:28.7 | you don't remember, God was carrying you. He is faithful. He'll never leave us, he'll never forsake us, |
| 1:35.3 | from the womb to the grave and beyond. This should fill us with so much gratitude and great relief. |
| 1:43.5 | Gratitude because we certainly cannot carry ourselves, and gratitude |
| 1:47.8 | that we're never alone, and relief that we're not carrying ourselves, gratitude that he's promised |
| 1:55.3 | to bear us, carrying us in his arms, and relief that we're not our own, and we're not on our own. We belong to the one who made us. |
| 2:04.5 | He will always all our days, bear us and carry us and deliver us. First Corinthians 6, |
| 2:11.5 | verses 19 and 20 say this, or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, |
| 2:18.8 | whom you have from God, and you're not your own? For you are bought at a price. Therefore, |
| 2:24.9 | glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are gods. Our body is a temple for the Holy Spirit |
| 2:32.6 | to live in. And our body is being carried by our Creator. |
