So glad you're here.

I just want to say before, and by the way, those of you online,

we didn't forget about you, we love you.

We're so glad you're joining with us, But to someone want to say before we jump in,

I love your guys' love for God's word.

And I love to see you guys out on a Thursday night

for a Bible study in the Old Testament,

a book of Amos that nobody's heard of. He's not famous at all. And I just love your love for God's word and I love your hunger and

thirst for the bread of life and the water of life. And I deem it is such a privilege

and such an honor to teach the Word of God. And God has called me. It's a dual gifting, by the way,

a pastor-teacher. I find the teaching part of that gifting a little

bit easier than the pastor side of that gifting. But I'm never happier. My wife always

gives me a hard time about this, but I'm never happier than when I'm teaching God's

word. Like I can have a really,

you know, long day. I'm really tired, like every day. And then I get here and then as soon as we

get into the Word, it's like the Holy Spirit just rushes in and fills you up and eye me.

And then by the time, have you noticed this?

This is my excuse, by the way.

So I want you to remember this.

When we get close to the end, I don't want it to end.
