So I'm 28. I live in New York and I'm here to talk about dating after your first boyfriend

in your late 20s. Dated someone for nine years, dealt with like, I guess some would say

narcissistic abuse and how to handle that, like dating

post that kind of relationship, I guess, and finding yourself in your way when you thought

that you had it all figured out. I really, I know I said this before we hit record, but I really just

want to thank you for coming on and talking about this. I think we'll get into it, but you went

through a lot. And a nine-year relationship is such a huge chunk of your life, especially when you're in your 20s. And when that ends,

having to almost reinvent yourself, re-figure out who you are without this person and get

back out there, explore dating for the first time, that there's so much there. And I just,

I applaud you for going through that I applaud you for being here
