Am in a tricky situation and need to know how to move forward

My wife and I have been married for six years together for nine

Been a lifelong dream of mine to be a father and this is so important to me

My wife and I have been trying to conceive for four years now with no results

Well three months ago a cancerous mass was found in my wife's uterus

hysterectomy

She is recovering well and doing fine and they were able to remove all of the cancer through the surgery
