You're bidding against guys, too.

You're not only selling the journey. Now there's a financial component. And so we tell them we have NIL. We have good NIL. We have good revenue sharing money. But I don't want to talk about that right now. Let's talk about fit. Let's talk about getting better. And if all those fit, now let's sit down and see how much NIL that will require for you to be here. Yeah. But don't you, if they talk money to start, they're not about the journey. And so that's why I think we've had such good programs. We get kids that are about the journey and then we take care of them financially. Sure. We don't start off with financial. We don't go in there and say, here's the amount of money we have, we want you. We want a kid that's invested in this program like we're invested in them. And now we're going to try to make it financially rewarding for them to be here.

and actually recently just took San Diego State men's basketball to the national championship game back in 2023.

He's appeared in multiple, multiple sweet 16s and even coached the Fab Five out there in University of Michigan.

the program. I've been a long time San Diego State College basketball fan since probably like

2010, 211 days with Kauai Leonard. So for, having you here, having a conversation with you is

I can't wait. So much to cover here. But first things first, we know about three years ago,

college basketball switched to the NIL, name, image,. I know there's some controversy around it.

What exactly is name, image, and likeness?

What does this mean?

Well, name image and likeness was a polite way of saying, we're going to have pay for play.

And we would raise money.

Universities had raised money for their athletic programs, and they would pay the athletes,

supposedly on their name, image, and likeness pay the athlete, supposedly on their name,
