back when I was practicing this stuff and actually setting these things up, I had a client

call me and he had 50 properties that were in his personal name. This was right after the financial

crisis. About 22 of them were underwater because they had no equity at all. We put all

2 in one LLC because if something happened in one property, there was no equity to go after the

other one. So let's just put them into one or all in LC, as those equities grew and it became a risk, then we would probably separate

them out. But if you have an apartment building or a boutique hotel and you've got a couple hundred

thousand or a million dollars in equity, I would have that all by itself because you want to isolate
