when you say no quickly you get to the yes quicker right most of the time what we do is we try to say yes to everything oh the broker you know he sent me the first deal and I know I said 75 or to you know 125 units but he sent me a 400 units so maybe I'll look at it and now you're all over the place you don't know how they operate you don't know how they run you don't know where your combs are you don't know where your neighborhoods are right so it just sets you up for failure so the more you can put blinders on to be very specific, it's gonna take you longer to the deal it seems
