0:50.4	I'm doing great, Brian. I appreciate you having me on on so I'm fired up to talk to you and let's do this man
0:56.8	Nice so besides you know kicking butt in air B other type of investing do you do?
1:07.0	So I'm I've always been a hold guy so I've I'm obsessed with buying rental
1:12.1	properties and so I started that about seven years ago and when I got into the holding I was introduced by an agent in my office who was started learning how to manage these short-term rentals.
1:26.0	He was a property manager and he was showing me the model and I was like, dude, these are like,
1:30.0	rentals on steroids.
1:32.0	And so he showed this to me about two years ago and are like rentals on steroids.
1:32.6	And so he showed this to me about two years ago and I just went all in on this business.
1:37.0	And I've, I thought, I got to be up there with being the top, one of the top investors in
1:41.4	short-term rentals here in Henderson in Vegas.
