I never tell our staff do this this way.

We always explain why we do what we do.

So they know the reason behind their action.

And they also understand what they do makes the difference

in different ways.

To the guests, to the property ways to the guests to the property to the expenses

whatever they may be right it gives them a different type of satisfaction when they're

on board in that sense then it's easier for them to help you out with different areas of the operation.

So cross-training is definitely very important.
