years ago when we started the company I said let's go virtual and in them mainly because I

ran a lot of business where I had huge overhead and that stress every month and the one thing I've

learned is yes you have great offices and show off and things like that but it's gonna come off

the bottom line.

So when COVID hit and everyone had to go virtual,

we already set up in prime to do so then we just focused on support

and systems more than anyone else and to optimize the whole thing.

In this marketplace, when most people are shutting down and slowing down because they have

huge overhead, they have, where is that negativity going to come out of, it's going to come

of worse pricing, right?

So for me, I'm as lean as me as possible

so I can still give my clients a very good rate,

paying my loan officer a very good income,
