Today I had my friend Lucky Lopez, who is a car dealer and flipper out here in Las Vegas! We talked about how to flip cars at the auction, a meeting payment model called “Buy Here, Pay Here”, me possibly renting out my Tesla on Turo, what my next sports car my be, and some behind the scenes deal confessions!
Lucky explains what Buy Here, Pay Here is, and how it helps a lot of people buy a car who wouldn’t be able to buy a car otherwise. This could be if they don’t have credit, don’t have the income on paper, etc. This is similar to creative financing in real estate!
