Go with me in the scriptures if you brought your Bible this evening to 2 Corinthians,

the 4th chapter. And then also we'll go over to Luke chapter 20. 2 Corinthians 4 and Luke

chapter 20. In 2nd Corinthians and the 4th chapter, and we'll look at the 13th verse, 2nd

Corinthians 4 and 13. He says, we

having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore

have I spoken, we also believe and therefore speak. Same spirit of faith that you read about in this Bible, in Moses, in Abraham, in David,

in Elijah, in Elijah, that same spirit of faith that was in Paul and Peter, same spirit of

faith that was in Jesus himself is in you and I and on you and me. Do you believe it?

That's why he said if you believe on me, you have that faith, then the works I do, you'll do also.

Same kind of things will happen in your life and greater works than these because I go to the father.

If he had stayed and continued that it just got greater and greater and greater, that wasn't

his only purpose to come and show us the works.

He showed us how it was done, but he was on a short track to the cross to purchase our redemption

and to pay for our sins.

And you and I, actually, the ministry of Jesus is continuing through us.

It's his ministry.

Through us.

And so the same kind of things are being done by the same spirit of faith.

But notice that the very next verse, this flows together, knowing.

Everybody say knowing, knowing that he

which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus and shall present us with you.
