John 15.

Glad to be in church this morning?

Thank you, Lord.

Going to church and reading your Bible and praying is just part of being a Christian, isn't it?

Doing what the Lord told you to do, putting him first in your

life. It makes a lot of difference. Sometimes people hold back and, you know, they know they should be

doing this or that, but they just don't. And they don't realize that they're cutting things off

from their self. They could be enjoying so much that they're not.

And the enemy is just that way.

He's a liar, isn't he?

He's a liar and a deceiver, and he do everything he can to keep us out of what would bless us.

Any of you in here before that there was something that you held off, procrastinated on,

maybe months or even years.

And when you finally did it, you thought, oh, my, why didn't I do this?

You know, five, ten years ago.

What did I think was to be wrong with it?

This is one of the greatest things.

When the Lord's in something, he's not trying to hurt you or take anything away from you.

He's trying to help you and bless you.

So it pays to obey.

Say that out loud. It pays to obey.
