Who knows you better than anybody?

You know, if you have been married for many years, you know that the longer you're together, the older you get,

the more you finish one another sentences and you start thinking like each other.

It's a little frightening, isn't it?

That may be true of a lifelong friend, and you're on the same frequency, so to speak.

You pick up right where you left off.

But I want to tell you on the authority of the Word of God that there's one person that knows you better than anybody knows you.

In fact, this person knows you better than you know you, and that's the Lord Jesus Christ.

We've come in our study of the miracles of Jesus to an amazing account of Jesus healing a man who has a withered hand. Now, the miracle

is not just that he heals this man's withered hand, though he does that, but it is also the fact that

he knows everybody in the

room and what everybody's thinking and what everybody needs. Oh, this is powerful. In one place in the

gospel records, we read that our Lord did not need anyone to testify what was in man. He knew what

was in man. Well, here's a perfect example. Let's read the account in Luke

chapter number six, beginning in verse six. It says, and it came to pass also on another Sabbath that he

entered into the synagogue and taught. And there was a man whose right hand was withered. And the scribes and

Pharisees watched him, whether he would heal on the Sabbath day that they might

find an accusation against him. But he knew their thoughts, and said to the man, which had the
