Well thank you. I so appreciate that. I was saying I just left the sauna. Do you do the infrared? I do and I swear if I make it to 25 minutes I feel like I've walked through Hades itself. I sweat so much and the rest of the day I will be sweating.

I called plunge afterwards I pound water. I'm a big guy. I already sweat in LA when it's 90 degrees and I've done the song it makes no sense but I feel like it.

It just it revitalizes me every time I do it. It does but that's funny to me you're such a tough guy you can only make it 20 minutes.

I was proud of that okay. I'm on the stand 40 minutes at like 157 degrees.

Okay I'm usually around 135 degrees and I'm dying now granted I have a thick layer of winter insulation on my body at all times.

So I am in the process right like everything's so crazy in my house right now I'm replacing. Can I interrupt you Heather when is it not crazy at your house when is it not a million projects going on you and your kids you're always doing 17 different things.

I know and I thought okay well the twins are going off to college and it's going to be like more relaxed but right now before they and maybe it will maybe it won't I don't know but right now it's crazy and I'm redoing my outdoor furniture which is not that exciting because it's almost I do.

It's not going to be a big reveal.

But like it just needed to be replaced but it's a lot of like bedlam and packing for two kids to go to college and all they what was cracking me up is I have been talking about changing my sons room he's not even gone yet.

It's their fresh in your college. He's not even gone but I've been talking about how we want to change his room into like a wellness room and put the cold plunge and the whole thing that you're talking about.

But everyone's like you can't do that yet but is it not true that your parents have kept your room exactly the same well my parents I think in conjunction with the Smithsonian institution where they have declared it a historical artifact the perfect representation of 1989 when I graduated from high school so I was just home.

A week ago I was home in Colorado where I brought my girlfriend back we stayed in my bedroom where she slept under a life size Michael Jackson or Michael Jordan poster let me get that one straight.

Yeah it is unchanged it is it is the same way it was posters on every inch of the wall my childhood bed spread on there all my baseball hats and trophies are still in the room.

My brother's room my brother he left immediately became a guest room he didn't care but I was like mom this is my sacred space this is an extension of me and because I have a mom who completely dots on me and spoils me I'm a total mom is boy.

Are you the baby? I'm a baby I am still a baby.

I am the baby and a baby at the same time.

Oh my god was your girlfriend horrified?

I prepped her for it I told her about it but I don't know that anyone can fully be prepared to walk into a piece of history like she had to do but you know it's one of those things where I don't have kids I still am my hopeful that I will and I remember going back to my mom's house where she grew up and it was more kind of a college air room that they had but I thought it was so cool that I could be in the room.
