What's up, well builders? Today, I've got a guy who's built a seven-figure business with no employees, all working from home online. And today we're going to talk about what it looks like to build a business like that and how being lean is actually probably a better path for most people. I've got Graham Cochran. What's up, man? What's up, dude? Good to see you, Ryan. Yeah. So, I mean, let's just jump right into it, man. I mean, you're running a business right now that's doing seven figures a year. And you just told me you have no employees, no full-time people. You got like two contractors who help out a little bit. Like, what do you guys do? I mean, I've been doing like a content business for 16 years.

yeah start a YouTube channel to get some some clients to do producing but what ended up

happening was turning that into a content business I had no idea people were more interested

in learning how to do it themselves so I became a teacher teaching them how to do it and that that channel, the recording revolution that blew up in the audio space started me into this whole coaching online business world. Okay. So how much like were you making at that time? There probably wasn't this ton of stuff like out there about digital marketing and everything else like that. No, I don't know what I was doing, bro. Like I didn't know people that were doing courses. doing courses I don't know what a course was you know I was just like filming videos and selling one

PayPal with a zip file and yeah people are paying me for it and you couldn't even send the file
