Well, I hope you're having a great day. Hope you had an excellent Thanksgiving yesterday, whether it was you were able to get together with your close family and friends, maybe a little bit larger group or you know you had to do it by yourself.

Hopefully you had a time to really reflect, have some

gratitude, and maybe enjoy a nice meal. But now you're ready to move forward and really start

putting some stuff into action. We've talked about the gratitude part and we're going to dive

into the next thing, which is really capitalizing on opportunity and what's possible with that.

So before we get started, I want to take a deep breath, a chance to slow down, to center

ourselves, to zero in, to really just be at a still state so we can either absorb this

information together or sometimes just by listening to something

something will click in your mind and it'll make sense going there so when we take a

deep breath we're going to breathe in just this positive light that's going to

go inside of us that's going to help us radiate a high vibrational energy and any

negativity anything that's just holding us back will come loose and we'll just breathe that out and then we'll be in a perfect place to continue on our day. So let's go ahead and just take a deep breath in and hold it and out. All right, now you're hopefully filling lights, you're feeling at ease, and you're feeling

like that high, vibrational, spiritual being that you are.
