Today I am so excited to sit down with Jill Pettis from Highlands College to talk all things gratitude.

Jill drops so many golden nuggets on what gratitude truly is,

how we can incorporate it into our everyday life, and some incredible stories of how gratitude

changed everything. If you're like me, it could use an attitude shift for an attitude of gratitude.
