But you probably did it wrong. This was jarring if it is accurate online the other day.

I'm willing to bet, has been brushing our teeth wrong, our entire lives.

I got this information from Braces by Sable on Tik-Toc and it was

absolutely mind-blowing. Did you know that you're not supposed to rinse after you

brush your teeth?

Fourth, so many people do this and don't realize that it's not correct, so let's get into

If you rinse right away, you're going to rinse off all the toothpaste and all that fluoride

and the reason the toothpaste was really even used is kind of gone. So what you want to do is you want to brush and then you want to just

spit out the extra toothpaste and the extra spit you don't actually want to rinse with anything else. I know it feels

weird for the first time and it feels like your

mouth is not clean but I swear this will help prevent cavities. This will help

so much. You get used to it after about a week. Does nobody else look like a
