It's pretty cool to go on a business trip with your best friend from college.

We've known each other for 15 years now,

so I think, I don't know, I'm just very emotional

about going because I keep thinking about us in college

and how we didn't know what the fuck we were doing. We really, really didn't on like a crazy level. We were just so...

We had a vision, you know, we kind of had ideas of things that we wanted to accomplish and we said you know we'd be friends and that we'd be like cool

But I we really didn't know how it would shake out and the fact that we get to go you know on this trip together for work for both of us and we're both in these careers that we really are having fun with and you know

Excelling at to some degree I mean her definitely not me but it's it's just emotional and

honestly not to be so corny but I in saying that to you all I kind of needed

that because I feel right now in my own life with a few things I'm feeling a little bit like I have no idea how the fuck this is going to work out and that's how life is right you know we look back at things with rose-colored glasses and we think oh like we

always knew it would work out this way or oh yeah like everything's fine now but the

truth is you never really know I love that mantra We plan and God laughs and it's so true.

And I think I also love that other mantra. I think it's like, I don't know, someone from the Beatles.

It will all be all right in the end and if it's not all right it's not the end.

And I really like that one too.

So I needed to say that to myself right now.

I've said this before, but I always feel reluctant to share when things are negative for two reasons

first of all because I don't really like complaining I don't like affecting others with my energy

and I think you know I'm in your guys

ear maybe you're on your way to work maybe you're in your car maybe you're getting

ready for a date and I take that responsibility really seriously and I never want to be the Debbie Downer and I never want to bring negativity to you guys.
