I don't know what exactly is coming out there, but just kind of on what the commanders accomplished in free agency, what they still need to do.

So a lot of that stuff, as we've talked about, but I just put it in an article form.

media so we're doing our second trilogy in the last month or so so how about how lucky are you guys

ran what's today i'm recording this on Wednesday, so it would have

come out Tuesday night, Wednesday morning, something like that. So that was on the offense. What the commanders did on offense and free agency, what it means for them moving forward, where they still need to fill. I think some of that is obvious. So we discuss ways that it might happen. Now today I'm going to be talking about the defense. That's what I did a month ago,

going into free agency. So I'm doing it again now. Like, where are they at defensively after the first,

the major, first major wave of free agency, like the big money contracts have been given out.

So we know who the key players are that they brought in. So where are they at now? What does it

mean for them? Are they better?

I also ask these guys a question like, hey, based on, you know, you have, would you take a trade for

Duran Payne if somebody offers you the right deal? So that also is a topic we discussed because I think

that would be, is that something that's on the table maybe because the contract is such that you can't

take it off the table so and the reason i say that is because the team would want to have the freedom

to negotiate their own extension if they really wanted from them you're not going to trade for him with

almost assuredly without extending him so because there's no extension already, it gives a team the

freedom to do one on their own. So of course, you know, that's out there. So anyways, just wanted
