Today on Love Life, I want to talk about having an opinion on things. Because that you like

it just makes you like the millions of other people that like it. But why you like it is

what makes you unique. So here's an interesting one. I was watching a show with Anthony

Bourdain on CNN. And he was going around Montreal with these two chefs who were showing

him around. And one of them said an interesting thing. He said, I think Montreal is the best

place in the world. And I was as I was listening, I thought, hmm, I wonder why that is. Because

of course, just saying Montreal is the best place in the world isn't that interesting.

There are people that say that about all different places across the world. And of course,

you thinking Montreal is amazing just makes you like many other people that lived there.

But then he started to describe it and he started talking about the food and the culture

and the way people live there and the sense of pride that people have about being in Montreal.

And the fact that it's like this beautiful European place. And he went all into all these

ideas about why you love Montreal. And then he said, and the fact is it's freezing cold.

And the great part about that is that it drives away all of the people that are not supposed

to be here. And I thought, that's really interesting. That's it. Now I get it. I get
