youth, and Families is facing a class action lawsuit. It alleges the agency failed to help young immigrants under state care pursue so-called special immigrant juvenile status. That's a federal pathway to

legal residency for abused or neglected minors. The legal action was filed on behalf of two young

women from Guatemala who live in King County. They alleged the agency didn't inform them of their

eligibility, according to the Seattle Times. The agency disputes

of the claims. New parking rates took effect this week in Seattle as part of the city's
