I know Tuesdays can be hard.

There's actually proof that Tuesday is the most difficult day of the week, but I want to tell you how my Tuesday began so that it'll make your Tuesday look better in comparison. And I will say that I blame myself for this. Okay. This is really my fault, but it was kind of a nightmare to wake up to. So yesterday, after the show,

I went grocery shopping and I bought some bread flour because I've got a new recipe for pizza

dough that I want to experiment with. And it involves, I have to make, in order to make this pizza

dough, I have to make something called Poolish.

And it involves like, it's like a sourdough, it's not sourdough, but it's kind of like a sourdough starter. You mix flour and yeast and it does something in a warm space for 12 hours. Then you add it to the pizza dough. And I just like the name of it, Poolish. I might name a cat that. So I go out and I buy the bag of the five pound bag of bread flour and I put most of my groceries away and for some reason,

I don't know, I left that sitting on the kitchen counter. I guess I just didn't see it.

And when I came out this morning, one of the cats, and I think it was Charles Xavier,

had chewed open the bag of bread flour, knocked it over, scattered it everywhere.

And there was flower everywhere and paw prints.
