If you're a regular listener, you probably know that I grew up in the restaurant business,

and I'm fascinated by different advances in

restaurants, service and food preparation. I just love it when a restaurant hits it out of the

park and I'm lucky enough to eat there. I'm very supportive of the serving staff, blah, blah,

blah. So I was stopped dead in my tracks when I came upon a post that was a collection

of restaurant owners and employees who were treated poorly by guests is the best way to put it.

And I'm going to read you at least one of them here.

It's very, very hard to have a

successful restaurant. So many of them go belly up. Sherry and I have talked about this a lot.

It's just very competitive. You know, you get some bad weather and part of your business is, I don't

know, serving outside and you're done. Listen to this.

I am giving one star to this restaurant because of the cheap management and customer service.

I heard the food was very good, so I went to try.

Me and the boyfriend got the calamari, spaghetti with clams, and the noki.

All were very delicious.

I was actually so impressed that when the manager came to ask us how everything tasted, I told her it was some of the best Italian food

I've ever had. And I told her, I'm going to post about it on Instagram where I have over 11,000

followers. And a lot of them are in the area. She seemed very happy about it.
