Welcome back or welcome to the Single Track Podcast. I'm your host to Finma Lanssen, and in this episode,

I talk with Killian Cor, the professional ultra-runner based out of Grand Junction, Colorado,

who over a five-month stretch in the middle of last year won the Tahoe 200, Bigfoot 200,

and Moab 240, collectively the vaunted triple crown of 200s to much fanfare and media acclaim.

His achievements additionally revived an interesting, somewhat ongoing debate in our community

around the competitive legitimacy of the 200-mile scene, its place in end-of-season awards

like Troy Neuroi and what the feature generally holds for this area of the sport.

In recent episodes of this show, we have shared our perspectives on these debates,

some of which have involved Killian's relevance in the scene, and because of that,

I felt it was warranted to invite him on the show to have a public conversation about where we agree,

disagree, and what to make of it all.

We also bookend to the conversation around this overall 200-mile scene talk with discussion

around his life philosophy, his 2026 plans, and much more.

interview format as our Sunday conversation. We are promising at least one a month in order to

maintain quality preparation, research, all that good stuff. But of course, striving for more.
