Women are judged differently than men.

This is a thing that is just sadly true.

And that was very apparent a couple of weeks ago when the executive Emma Greed didn't interview with the Wall Street Journal

and talked about how she manages to juggle her four kids and also her very, very busy

professional life. During this interview, which was very wide-ranging and covered multiple topics,

Greed said that on weekends, she only spends about

three hours with her four kids, and she uses the rest of the time for herself. I think it's the

for-herself part that may have raised the hackles of this reporter, because the headline ended up

being the Kardashian whisperer who says three hours

with her kids is enough.

It is not a headline that would ever be written about a man.

In fact, no one ever calculates how much time, how many hours men spend with their kids.

I wrote a newsletter about this and it blew up because everyone has an opinion on this.

So today I want to talk a little bit about it, and I thought it might be interesting to talk to an actual man about it.
