Summary

Jay Rayner and the panel are in Hastings in front of a live audience who are in need of answers to their kitchen conundrums. Joining Jay to offer their best advice are chefs, cooks and food writers Melissa Thompson, Sophie Wright and Shelina Permalloo, alongside resident food historian Dr Annie Gray. I need to know how you're making your pasta in the first instance. Just flour and eggs. In a bowl or a... In a bowl? In a bowl? I'm doing it by hand, yeah. Okay, so the first thing I think, is it grey when it comes out of the bowl? No. So it's grey when it goes through the pasta machine. Yeah. And then when I've made it, it goes all grey.
