What on earth was Ed Davy doing the other day when he launched a Liberal Democrat local elections campaign

jumping around on a toy horse on a sort of a, it was basically like a child's course, wasn't it?

I know his strategy in the, I actually think it was a very good strategy in the general election campaign

when he brought alive issues like sewage in water.
