Summary
They finally caught Harvey Logan, tried him, and sentenced him to 20 years- they only problem was- he got out of the Knoxville jail where he had become a celebrity. And it looks like bribery was responsible.
When another express car was robbed the posse corned the fugitives and the one who they called Tap Duncan killed himself in the shootout. Tap Duncan was identified as Harvey Logan- but not all the men who exhumed his body agreed. Harvey Logan had bullet scars and beating scars all over his body- but the man who identified Tap Duncan's body couldn't find any.
