Summary

They finally caught Harvey Logan, tried him, and sentenced him to 20 years- they only problem was- he got out of the Knoxville jail where he had become a celebrity. And it looks like bribery was responsible. When another express car was robbed the posse corned the fugitives and the one who they called Tap Duncan killed himself in the shootout. Tap Duncan was identified as Harvey Logan- but not all the men who exhumed his body agreed. 0:55.4	The West had passed from the largely unexplored frontier of Lewis and Clark to a land of
1:00.0	opportunity which would be crossed first by wagon trains and then railroads, followed
1:05.2	by small towns, which would become cities, and they grew, and law enforcement grew with them.
1:11.5	Butts and Sundance saw the change coming and hot-footed it to Argentina, telling the
1:16.0	ones he remained behind, the country's changing boys, and we've got to change with it. But most of the
1:21.6	others stayed, like Kid Curry, and he and the rest of them would all end up paying the price.
