I'm even going to coin a phrase which I think could very well change the future of California law.

Honestasia Bowdoin is a senior attorney at the Pacific Legal Foundation and one of the two hosts of DIST which explores Supreme Court dissents past and present.

And I will add a delightful program that I've listened to in prep for today's episode

I am delighted to have you, and I love jurisprudence.

This is one of my favorite topics.

I am ethnically an attorney. I don't I'm not I'm not in any way credentialed or anything like that but I'm like I'm like attorney adjacent and I like hanging out with with attorneys. I like the law I find that a fascinating subject and I wanted to talk to you today

about some of the Supreme Court cases that are either rattling around or

probably will rattle around and you had suggested talking about affirmative action.

I had. I mean it's a fascinating thing and it's growing. I feel like every day you see a

new program that's devoted to doling out benefits and burdens on the basis of race.

So let's talk.
