A federal district judge gave Harvard University a landmark victory in its fight against the Trump

administration. Calling the administration's actions unconstitutional, she sided with the Ivy League

school in its efforts to restore more than $2 billion in federal funding frozen by the White House.

The decision rejects the Trump administration's argument that it was targeting the university to crackdown on anti-Semitism.
