This is Vincent Price with a special Halloween feature. Harry Caller was the British seaman, whose ship was caught in the storm in the North Atlantic.

As Harry ran for the last lifeboat, he heard his captain's voice.

Turned and saw him looking up from beneath the piece of the fallen mast.

The captain called...

It is off of me.

Harry paused.

Saw the last lifeboat being lowered to the raging scene.

Made his decision.

He jumped to safety.

The next time Harry went to sea, he was cleaning the officer's quarters and struck with an intense headache.

He dropped to his knees, looked up and saw a painting on the cabin wall.

A portrait of the captain he had deserted aboard the sunken ship.

From that moment on, he suffered the same severe headaches.

He went to the ship's surgeon, who listened to his story, examined him, and said...

There's nothing wrong.

It's, it's in your mind, Harry.

The headaches continued.

Led to fights with other members of the crew,

and one stormy night,

a fight erupted in the office's quarters,

but ended abruptly when Harry was shot,

a bullet entering his forehead.
