instead of Harry Potter? Hey brother. Possibly the most pivotal moment in the entire history of the Wizarding World happened on October 31st,

1981 when Voldemort attacked the Potter's and tried to kill baby Harry.

And this moment is massive for two big reasons.

First of all, it's the night that Voldemort first lost his powers.

But it's also because of the prophecy of the chosen one which stated

the one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches.

Born to those who have thrice to fight him, born as the seventh month dies, and the dark lord will

mark him as his equal, but he will have power the dark lord knows not, and either must die at the

hand of the other, for neither can live while the other survives.

The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord will be born as the seventh month dies.

And thus in attacking baby Harry,

Voldemort, unbeknownst to himself, marked Harry as his equal. And as

Dumbledore says, Hand-picked the man most likely to finish him,

handing him unique unique deadly weapons.

But as we all know, it didn't have to be Harry who became the chosen one.

There was another option.
