Harry was diagnosed with cancer the same week he turned 20, and he discusses the existential brain shifts that occurred as he processed his reality and embraced death. He attributes music to saving his life and talks about the intersection of music and mental health when used as a healing tool. 1:01.0	Okay, well today's episode I'm very excited about because it is a dear friend of ours, Harry Hudson joined us. If you guys don't know who he is, he's a singer-songwriter. He is so talented, but Harry was diagnosed was stage 3 Hodgkin's lymphoma at
1:16.7	age 20, which is kind of crazy. And we just kind of talked through, you about you know going through cancer and what that was like for him in the process of after and just kind of all the details about that but also all the amazing stuff that he is doing.
