Welcome to our Monday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

Today I'm continuing to teach on how you can control your emotions. I've got this book entitled

Harnessing Your Emotions. And I tell you, this is powerful. I really encourage you to get this.

You know, most people just think, well, emotions, yes, I've got them, but you know, I can't do

anything about it. You can totally control how you respond to anything or anybody.

And I know many people are just thinking, that's not so.

It is so.

Jesus forgave the very people who were crucifying Him.

And people think, well, that was Jesus.

That's not me.

Well, Ephesians chapter 4, verse 32 says to be kind, tenderhearted, forgiving one another,

even as God, for Christ's sake, hath forgiven us. We are commanded to operate in that same

forgiveness. We're supposed to be able to turn the other cheek. And a lot of people think,

you just can't do that. You can do that. You know, I was ministering in Charlotte, North Carolina,

and I had a man that had a big old wad of chewing tobacco in his mouth. I was out on the streets

on a Sunday morning, and I was ministering to this guy. And anyway, it's a long story, but he got

mad at me, and he just spit that whole lot of chewed tobacco
