gospel truth. This week, I've started a new series talking about harnessing your emotions. And I tell

you, this is so powerful. I know that this is a little

hard to explain in little 30-minute segments. That's the reason we offer all of this product is

because you don't have it broken up into these different segments. This is a 200-page book

that is talking about this. I wrote this about 30 years ago. This is a foundational

truth that the Lord has been using in my life for a long time. And I tell you, it has produced

miracles in my life. If you let your emotions just run wild and then you start trying to get

into faith and bring everything back.

That's the wrong way to do it.

Jesus told his disciples the night before his crucifixion,

don't let your heart be troubled.

He wouldn't have said that if they couldn't have done it.

And he said it the very first thing.

John 14, 15, and 16 is one of the largest segments of a single

teaching or a single conversation that Jesus had with his disciples. There's a lot of material

here. And yet the very first thing he told them before the worst night of their entire life

was, don't let your heart be trouble. Because if you

let your emotions just go, if you embrace negative emotions, fear, worry, anger, bitterness,
