I'm so lucky that I get to just, you know, take my crazy and bring it to work, bang, bang,

boom, done, somehow when I get off stage, I can just leave it there.

Or so I tell myself, unfortunately your body doesn't know the difference between when

you're crying and sobbing and being tense on stage, like your body thinks that actually

happened to you, even if your brain doesn't.
