How's your day going? Are you in a usual routine? Like are you listening to this while doing one of your usual patterns whether that's like driving to work or at the gym or i don't know what people are doing while

your usual routines. And I guess I'm wondering if in this moment that you're listening right now, are you in a usual routine or is it one of those days where you're not in your usual routine?

Like last week, if you were listening, I was in my backyard and I was way off my usual routine.
