and it feels like it has been a while. I am so happy to be back and to get back on a regularly

scheduled program now that Hard Rock is behind me. And today, that's all we're going to talk about.

Hard Rock. The recap of the race, as you probably already know, it went very, very well for me,

better than I could have ever imagined. It was a true highlight of my life and career. And I wanted

to share the story with you all in detail. And to help me

tell the story today, I have enlisted my big brother, himself, a former guest of the podcast, Mr.

Jason Bowman, is here to interview me, those who have been around the show for a while, know him well,

but though he is not a runner himself, Jason has been a very active fan and follower of the

sport since I got involved more than a decade ago. So he knows a lot, he knows me very well. He's got a great soothing voice for radio.

And I think he did a great job guiding our conversation today. Not much else to say right now.
