0:29.9	And yet, I can't guarantee that I am going to be the most talented in the business.
0:37.1	But one thing I can guarantee is that I'm going to be the most talented in the business. But one thing I can guarantee is that I'm going to work harder than anyone else.

0:45.7	If I'm going to be in this industry, I'm going to want to be the best at it that I can be.
0:50.5	And yet, I can't guarantee that I'm going to be the most talented in this business.

1:00.7	Now, that is a quote from David Droga, the founder of an agency called Druga 5.
1:07.0	That was not too long before he sold his company to Accenture for $475 million, I think.
1:13.6	And sorry, that was a ways back and that was when he just was getting into this industry.
1:20.6	And, you know, that quote, I think is largely framed, it helps understand the mindset of someone who had very little
1:30.5	experience in advertising, started their own firm, and then had an amazing outcome. And this
1:35.0	idea of hard work is, I think we've got a couple of different things going on. It's vilified
1:43.6	because it's hustle or hustle porn or whatever.
1:47.2	And then at the same time, if you do not work insanely hard at something,
1:52.0	you're probably not going to be as good as you want to be at that thing.
