0:46.2	to figure out whether I should have my children as beneficiaries or not since they ghosted me.
0:53.6	Oh, wow. And they ghosted me like nine years ago,
0:56.3	so it's been a long time. I've reached out a lot, no responses. What caused the ghost? I'm not really
1:04.1	sure. I set a boundary with my youngest daughter, who is a heroin addict, and older basically she can't use me anymore.
1:13.3	And I will support her in recovery and her healing, and it ran from there.

1:21.9	So how many other kids do you have?
1:25.5	I have four, but my oldest child died okay um and they range my living
1:32.8	children are ranged from 45 to 35 and none of them will talk to you no hmm i'm sorry i know that's
1:40.2	hard-breaking it is yeah how i'm i that's just that's heartbreaking. It is. Yeah. How, I, yeah, that's just, that's heartbreaking.
1:47.0	And whatever it's worth, I'm proud of you for putting up a boundary with one of your kids.

1:52.0	We don't ever talk, we don't talk about enough, the other side of boundaries is that when we can put up a boundary to keep ourselves safe and kind of create the world we want to exist
