Hi everyone. My name is Dr. Casperson. I'm a board-certified gerologist living in Washington State.

0:08.0

Over the past year, I've started listening to podcasts a lot and started getting an idea in my head that I should have a podcast because the more and more I listen to women, the more and more I realize that feeling broken

0:24.8

about sexual function and misknowledge or lack of education about their pelvis is a common

0:31.7

recurring theme. And I see it every single day in my practice. So the other thing I noticed is that

0:37.4

when I tend to talk to people about my job or what I do,

0:41.1

they're really curious and they want to know more about what I do in the pelvis

0:44.7

and people are inherently interested in anything sex-related

0:48.6

because who doesn't want to be a lover.

0:51.3

They say that good lovers are made, not born. So that's a good motivation to keep

0:57.8

learning. So as the new year starts and it's 2020 and happy new year to everybody, if you're

1:05.0

listening to this on January 1st, I thought, well, why not give this podcasting thing a try? So part of my passion

1:14.5

project within urology and being a urologist is to help educate women about the fact that

1:19.8

they are not broken. So I would love it if you followed me, if you think this is a good idea,

1:25.2

and give me some feedback on what topics that you guys want

1:29.7

to hear as far as your pelvis and urology and sex and relationships because it's my life

1:36.8

and I live it and I think it's pretty interesting so I'd love to share it with you guys.

1:41.7

My mission is to empower women to live their best love life,

1:44.8

to combine the power of the mind through self-work and mind work and the body to learn about

1:51.0

how the body heals and moves and loves and works. And of course, the relationships that

1:57.0

were in and our histories and the way we were taught and the religions that we came from

2:01.2

all.

2:02.7

Hey there, friends.
