Here we go. Great. So hello, everyone. Hello and welcome to this edition of Happy Hour.

So for today's practice, I'd like to guide us into a spacious and, yeah, a metafilled practice that has a lot of silence in it.

So let's sit. Let's practice together. Let's arrive. Let's arrive first and foremost in our bodies, settling, whether you're sitting or standing or lying down, whatever is appropriate for your body right now.

Taking stock, taking stock of how this body is in this moment in time.

And if there are any adjustments needed to be more comfortable,

please make the adjustments now.

Taking time to really settle.

To settle into your posture.

And perhaps even roll your shoulders back a couple of times, open your chest, letting your hand settle on your on your lap, invite your sit bones to rest and find your center of gravity, maybe moving left and right a bit, shifting back and forth,

Really taking time to embody, to embody, to inhabit this body. allowing yourself to feel your sit bones on the cushion to really feel the connection between the body, these contact points.

to this grounding, to this wholehearted grounding of our awareness,
