1:05.0	Let us arrive in our bodies.
1:15.0	Let us arrive in this moment in time.
1:28.0	Letting go of thoughts, plans, preoccupations, whatever has come before,
1:40.0	and releasing completely giving our heart to this moment.
1:57.0	However it is showing up.
2:01.0	And when we see that, we see this moment, this experience with benevolence,
2:12.0	with kindness, friendliness, meeting this moment with friendliness.
